4-D is a unique consulting partnership designed specifically to be an asset to the smaller non-profits and independent schools. 4-D is not a Strategic Planning firm! It is not a long-range planning exercise. Rather we will focus on your next 12-18 months so that the time and energy of both the Board and the CEO are well spent. The result can include an annual Board agenda which shortens meetings and helps your Board remain on task!
Finally, 4-D is affordable. As someone who ran non-profits (in my case independent schools) for thirty-five of my forty eight years in education, I was frequently frustrated when I sought out a consulting group only to realize the fees were out of reality with our organization’s limited resources.
